- Practice Analysis Task Force: The job survey was sent to more than 200,000 social workers in the U.S. and at least 20,000 in Canada.
- A linkage survey was completed to determine the connection between the social work task statements and knowledge statements used in the job survey.
- Creating the blueprints for the new ASWB examinations was the last stage in 2016 in the practice analysis process. New exams are scheduled to be launched January 2018.
